Refund policy

At Footsie Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for any reason within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

• You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

• Items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them.

  • In the original packaging.

• Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

• To start a return, contact us at ilove@footsiefashion.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item within 14 days and place a new order for the item you want.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping or issue a replacement free of charge.
